And now we are looking for new colleagues as “<b>Operations &amp; Administrative Assistant</b>” at our Hong Kong office, who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 team</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Finance &amp; Administration</b></p><ul><li>Process financial tasks: issuing ivoices, processing cheque deposits and entering data into the company’s ERP system.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with sales colleagues for follow-up actions.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage daily administrative duties such as courier services, office supplies, MPF, business travel arrangements etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Freight Operations</b></p><ul><li>Obtain competitive pricing from overseas agents through M9 Logistics family network or WCA network.</li><li>Prepare and deliver accurate quotations promptly in accordance with company guidelines.</li><li>Assist Operations Specialist in organizing shipments:<ul><li>Collect required documents from the clients and prepare full set of shipping documents.</li><li>Place bookings with carriers and coordinate pick-ups with trucking partners.</li><li>Create job orders in the ERP system, upload relevant document, and verify the details against P&amp;L Excel record.</li><li>Prepare proforma invoices based on agreed quotations.</li><li>Verify supplier debit notes (D/N) for accuracy and upload them to the ERP system.</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li>College degree or above</li><li>Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.</li><li>Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Year-end double pay</li><li>Bank Holiday</li><li>10-15 days per year annual leave</li></ul>]]></media:description></item></channel></rss>
